Estimated emergency arrival within 60 to 90 minutes

When a vehicle or machine stops working, you need to know how soon help can reach you. For the 24/7 locations below, our estimated arrival time is 60 to 90 minutes during both the day and night.

For Great Dunmow, Halstead, Stansted Mountfitchet, Hertford and Stevenage, the same estimate applies out of hours only, when traffic is clear.

For example, if a lorry develops a hydraulic fault in one of our 24/7 coverage areas, contact us with its exact location and a description of the problem. We can then advise on the expected response.

The estimate is for arrival, rather than repair completion. Your exact location, road conditions and engineer availability can affect the journey. We will advise on timing when you call.
